James is a senior business development and commercial leader with over 15 years of experience facilitating growth, launching new offerings, and expanding enterprise relationships across professional services, legal, financial, and technology markets. Proven ability to build and scale go-to-market strategies, open new markets, and position complex solutions with executive and board-level stakeholders. James is a trusted partner to senior leadership teams, known for cross-functional collaboration, thought leadership, and the ability to drive market awareness through executive engagement, industry events, and targeted client development initiatives.
Prior to Korn Ferry, James worked as a Director, Client Development at Major, Lindsey & Africa, placing attorneys in interim positions throughout the Greater Boston area. Additionally, he spent more than twelve years working for venture-backed and publicly traded companies, delivering innovative software solutions that benefited Private Equity, Corporate Development, IR, Engineering, Supply Chain, and more.
James has a BA in Film & Media Studies from Middlebury College. He’s an avid sports fan and appreciates human interaction and outdoor pursuits.
