In the Technology Market, Regis serves companies with activities in Communications, Digital, IT, Software, BPO, and Professional Services.

For these companies, Regis oversees Korn Ferry projects in the areas of Executive Search & Talent Acquisition, Assessment & Leadership Development, Organisation Strategy & Design.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Regis worked for Ingenico Group (a worldwide leader in Payment Terminals, Solutions & Services) as Executive Vice President in charge of the Group Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation. His responsibilities included strategic projects, Entreprise IT (inc. Group ERPs), Digital & CRM, Infrastructures & Workspace, Network and Security, Procurement and ESG.

Prior to this, Regis Demaria was a Managing Director within Accenture, in charge of the Communications and High-Tech Industry for the France & Benelux Region. He led a high number of digital and IT transformation programs for large companies.

Regis Demaria is a French national and holds an MBA in Strategy & Organization from HEC.
