He has over +15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, Insurance and Asset Management. Schoaib has extensive professional experience as management consultant in EMEA incl. Switzerland and APAC financial service industry.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Schoaib worked for several top-tier global management consultancies.
Schoaib has extensive experience within organization strategy, business, change management and transformation in financial services.
As a management consultant, he has been involved in a wide range of projects, including strategy development, leading and coordinating enterprise-wide target operating model changes, large-scale business transformations and development, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he successfully launched a cultural transformation program within a multinational insurance company operating across diverse regions.
Schoaib holds a BSc in International Financial Management from the International School of Finance in Nürtingen, Germany, and a Master of Advanced Studies in Banking & Finance from the HWZ University in Zürich, Switzerland.
