Simon leads the firm’s Travel, Leisure and Hospitality practice across the EMEA region, working with a wide range of clients including global brands, sovereign wealth funds, private equity, family office, investors, developers and advisory.
Simon brings more than 25 years of leadership and executive search experience, specialising in hospitality and travel. The sector has evolved significantly over this period. This knowledge and experience allow him to advise his clients around the strategies and challenges of building and retaining high performing leadership teams.
Having started his career as a General Manager in luxury hotels, Simon transitioned to hospitality executive search in 2000.
Since then, he has worked for several leading search brands across the EMEA region. Most recently, he was CEO of two executive search brands in the UK and Europe.
After growing up in the Middle East, Simon returned to the UK for his education, studying Hotel & Hospitality Management at the University of Gloucestershire.
