She has developed an extensive experience in understanding client´s talent needs and aligning it to technical and behavioral competencies, as well as to the company´s culture and strategy.

Prior to KF, she worked for over a decade at another leading multinational Executive Search firm.

She has worked both for private and publicly listed companies in local and cross-border engagements in Europe, Latin America and the United States. This has enabled her to gain a broad multicultural and diverse perspective regarding key talent trends in developed and under-developed markets.

Mariana brings 20+ years of professional experience in the Executive Search industry, with a deep focus in advising Manufacturing clients.

Within the Industrial practice, she has focused as well on other industries including: Transportation & Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, and Automotive.

Mariana holds a Bachelor´s degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana and has studies in Industrial Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has a basic understanding of French and Portuguese.
