A leader in Korn Ferry’s EMEA Organisational Strategy practice, he heads the regional Strategic Workforce Planning team and serves as a global leader of the Organise to Perform solution, guiding clients to align organisational design, workforce strategy, and execution to deliver lasting impact.
Known for combining data-driven insight with pragmatic, people-centred solutions, he works with executives to translate complex workforce and organisational challenges into clear, practical steps. His experience includes enterprise-wide operating model and structure redesigns, development of work and career architectures, and creation of organisational design and workforce planning centres of excellence, including bespoke technical solutions that embed sustainable capability. He also supports clients in strengthening M&A effectiveness, from integration design through to enabling smooth workforce transitions.
He has led large-scale restructurings, carve-outs, and digital workforce transformations across industries such as Industrials, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, and Technology, spanning the UK, EMEA, and the Americas. In every engagement, his focus is on delivering enduring outcomes and sustained organisational performance. A central theme of his work is helping organisations anticipate and respond to the impact of technology on the future of work and the workforce, ensuring that new structures, roles, and capabilities are fit for the challenges ahead.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Rory was a manager at a leading organisational design and workforce planning consultancy, where he built strategic partnerships and delivered transformation programmes. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester.
