Celine Kasparian

Celine Kasparian is a core member of the Global Consumer team in the Korn Ferry Talent Acquisition solution based out of the UAE. She focuses on appointing Senior management and Emerging leaders across the Middle East and Africa region. 

Before moving to the UAE, Celine was based out of Korn Ferry’s Singapore office helping MNCs and mid-size companies respectfully grow and penetrate developed and emerging markets across Asia through their strategic recruitments.

Prior to Korn Ferry, she has built a successful track record in a boutique retained search firm, first in Paris with an EMEA scope where she has extensively developed the consumer market in countries such as France, Belgium, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA, UAE, South Africa, before moving to Singapore to expand the practice and grow the team to cover the APAC countries as well. 

Over the years, she has gained strong expertise in Retail, FMCG, Luxury and hospitality industries and has become a trusted advisor for C-suite and Board level positions.

Along with her Business Administration Degree from the American University of Beirut, she has a double masters in Marketing and Human Resources.

Celine has a Lebanese-French citizenship and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
