Ms. Liu brings close to 15 years of global experience partnering with large multi-national as well as high-growth and transformational businesses across the consumer sector. She specializes in commercial leadership, strategy, and digital roles.

Ms. Liu conducts searches with a curated and business-centric approach and a detail-oriented style to solve challenges for her clients. She thoroughly understands commercial goals and business operations to effectively identify, attract and engage talent that suits today’s competitive and fast-moving global business landscape.

Before starting a career in talent, Ms. Liu worked as a Research and Development specialist at a privately owned global personal care business. Shortly after, she worked at a publicly-traded, multinational chemical manufacturer and managed high-volume, cross-boarder talent acquisition and HR DE&I projects to help bring diverse talent into a traditional manufacturing business.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Liu built her search fundamentals at a British global professional search firm and operated in both Tokyo and Los Angeles, where she led cross-culture searches and placed global-minded talent at world renowned businesses and high growth and transformational organizations.

Ms. Liu earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. She is trilingual in English, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.
