Jane Seu is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Technology practice, serving the evolving landscape of emerging technology and innovation across enterprise, late-stage startups, and impact-driven ecosystems in North America.
Jane works with organizations to recruit executive leadership and advises on realigning and building future-forward capabilities and workforce structures to meet the demands of technological transformation. She also advises innovation ecosystems, cross-sector alliances, and mission-driven collaborations on leadership strategy and talent development.
With nearly two decades in executive search, Jane partners with tech-driven companies—from AI-native innovators to enterprise leaders modernizing through AI—navigating complex governance, leadership, and scaling challenges. Her work spans CEO, board, and senior executive engagements, with a specialty in technical and innovation leadership across AI, product, digital, data, and cybersecurity. Her expertise includes AI-powered analytics, next-gen infrastructure, emerging cybersecurity, and data technologies.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Jane was part of the technology consulting services division at Thomson Reuters. She holds a master’s degree from Brown University and a bachelor’s degree from New York University. She is based in both New York, NY and Washington, DC.
