With a proven track record of successfully delivering on large and complex transformational programs for organizations across geographies, industry & solution segments, Sandeep has worked for and partnered with clients in India, Indonesia, Middle East, France, Italy, and USA; across Automotive, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Resources & Energy, Consumer, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, IT Services.
Sandeep has also successfully delivered bespoke solutions to client organisations in all phases from start-up ecosystem to large conglomerates.
Sandeep is a Post-graduate (MBA) in Human Resources from SCMHRD, Pune, and holds Bachelors in Engineering. Prior to Joining Korn Ferry, he has worked with Accenture Strategy, Mercer Consulting and Eicher Motors.
