Adriana Rosa

Before joining Korn Ferry, Adriana was a partner at a Global Organization Cultural Consultancy in Brazil. She led Cultural Managment projects in multiple sectors for large national and multinational companies, strengthening the Consultancy’s brand as a specalist in the Brazilian market.

As a Brand Strategy Director, she developed brand audits, value propositions, architecture projects for clients across a variety of industries. Her previous experience contributed to a systemic vision regarding the strategic aspects of business and the Cultural necessities for the future.

When she left the University she founded and was a partner for eleven years of a Start-up designing a new approach to attract, select and develop programs for talent and leadership.

Adriana is a Psychologist specialized in human behaviors. Certified as consultant in Management Culture and Change Management.

She is fluent and Portuguese and English.
