Benjamin Perrot is a Client Partner and Market Leader driving mid-to senior-level executive searches. He is based in the firm's Tokyo office.
Benjamin has 15 years of direct executive search experience in Japan. Over the years, he partnered with senior leaders in investment banking, asset management, private equity (fund and portfolio company work), insurance, real estate, strategy and financial advisory firms to design and implement innovative talent solutions.
Before joining Korn Ferry, he was a Senior Partner and Representative Director at a Tokyo-based boutique executive search firm, where he focused on Finance, M&A, Strategy, and Investment related mandates. Earlier in his career, Benjamin worked with the French Trade Commission at the French Embassy in Tokyo, supporting French companies in expanding into the Japanese market.
Benjamin hold an MBA and a Master’s in International Business and Management from French business schools.
