Danielle Ringwelski is a Sales Director for the Minneapolis Interim Human Resources practice, where she focuses on expanding the Minnesota Interim HR footprint. Danielle hires, mentors, and leads a team of Minneapolis-based Business Development Directors.
Danielle joined Salo in 2018 as a Business Development Director, where she successfully advised HR leaders on talent strategies, acting as a matchmaker and superconnector for interim HR talent and numerous organizations.
Prior to Salo, Danielle held roles in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, construction, advertising, and management consulting, before finding her sweet spot in talent. Naturally curious and collaborative, with a love of connecting (dots, people, solutions), Danielle finds energy in getting to know others and being a helpful resource to them.
Danielle has a degree in psychology and considers herself a life-long learner. She lives in Chanhassen with her partner, TJ, and their young son, Oren. When she’s not working, you can usually find her trying to sneak in a quick happy hour, listening to a podcast, or chasing Oren around. Her favorite place to do all of this is “up North” at their family cabin.
