Before joining the firm in 2022, he served as Managing Director for 8+ years with a boutique generalist firm, where he was responsible for leading a team of recruiters on professional/executive searches, client management, and business development.
His engagement experience includes levels ranging from mid-level to c-level executives with a multitude and variety of clients. Mr. Chiappelli’s depth of experience has been instrumental to companies ranging from disruptive startups to established businesses in need of transformational talent.
Mr. Chiappelli is a graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, MN where he graduated with a BBA degree. He was also part of the men’s varsity hockey program.
