25+ years experience working for large Corporates across multiple sectors, she has lived and travelled the globe, gaining deep multi-cultural and societal knowledge throughout EMEA, LATAM, Asia Pacific and North America.
She has extensive expertise designing and executing strategies that enhance the employee experience to ultimately drive business growth.
A master communicator, she works with passion, resilience, and empathy to help her clients and colleagues build the workplace for the future – one that is inclusive, diverse, high performing and a great place to work.
Pivoting her career from a Lawyer to HR, her experience spans across HR including Recruitment, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Labour & Employee Relations, Organisational Design & Effectiveness and Cultural Transformation.
Prior to her joining Korn Ferry, Neelam was the Global Inclusion & Diversity Leader for a Fortune 100 Company. She was responsible for mobilising the organisation into action to effectively embed DE&I into their cultural DNA.
