Based in New York, Mr. Klaber oversees a team of executive search consultants, recruiters and researchers, all serving the commercial real estate sector and financial services nationally.
The financial services team includes seasoned executive search consultants based in California, Washington DC, New York City, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, and Toronto.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Klaber has completed hundreds of searches.
He and his team place executives across a range of functions within real estate and financial services including Senior Commercial Bank Executives, Investment Bankers, public and private company Financial Officers, Private Equity Directors, Acquisition executives, Asset Managers, Pension Fund Capital Raisers, and Marketing and Investor Relations executives.
He began his executive search career recruiting mid-level executives across multiple industries and functions for a global recruitment firm.
Mr. Klaber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
