Kévin is a Principle based on the firm’s Paris Office, within the Organization Strategy Team.

Kévin holds a degree from CELSA / Sorbonne University in Human Resources, Communication, and Consulting, and brings a dual expertise in Organizational Strategy, Change Management and Transformation, as well as Human Resources Management.

After spending eight years in consulting at Accenture within the Talent & Organization practice, where he supported numerous clients on organizational design, HR transformation, and change management initiatives, Kévin went on to hold leadership roles within the Accor Group, focusing on cultural and managerial transformation, and later at Ubisoft as Director of HR Strategy and Future of Work.

He subsequently spent more than two years as an independent consultant and keynote speaker, advising senior executives and HR leadership teams across large organizations and speaking at major HR conferences on topics related to HR innovation and transformation.

His areas of expertise include multigenerational workforce dynamics, evolving employee expectations, employee value proposition and emerging HR practices, the impact of AI on work and HR, and the future of leadership and management.

In parallel, Kévin has been teaching at CELSA and other universities for over ten years. He also co-authored the book The Company Facing Work Transformations in collaboration with the employment law firm CAPSTAN.

On a personal level, Kévin is deeply committed to well-being, which he pursues through an active sports lifestyle and a strong interest in personal development. He is also passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, and gaming.
