Xavier Rey-Jouvin is a Senior Client Partner of Korn Ferry. He is a core member of the Global Industrial and BtoB Services Practice as well as the end-to-end Supply Chain center of expertise.
Xavier works with clients across a broad range of industries in energy, agri/agro, aerospace, automobility and building materials.
Xavier recruits Board Members, CEOs and C level positions for a broad spectrum of clients, corporates, family-owned companies and PE backed companies.
Xavier works globally and actively supports the internationalization of his client’s leadership teams as well as their transition towards a lower carbon economy.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Xavier worked in a search “boutique” where he created the energy and utilities practice.
Xavier first started his career in Sales and Marketing with Rhodia before moving to China, with a business development role for a fast-growing start-up.
He is graduated from ESSCA Business School with major in sales & marketing and entrepreneurship.
He speaks French, English and Spanish fluently.
