Adam Johnson is a Principal in the Life Sciences, Interim Practice at Korn Ferry. He is responsible for partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic organizations to identify critical needs and implement strategic interim talent solutions that drive sustainable success.
Throughout his career, Adam has developed expertise across life sciences, healthcare, finance, accounting, supply chain, information management, human capital, risk and compliance. He is passionate about helping organizations navigate transformation, optimize operations, and implement innovative solutions that create lasting value.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Adam spent 8 years at RGP, where he progressed from Client Development Manager to Senior Director of Healthcare. In this role he was focused on managing clients and expanding healthcare industry relationships. Earlier in his career, he gained extensive experience in consulting and interim solutions at Apex Systems honing his skills in business development, life sciences, technology, and digital transformation.
Born and raised in the Hoosier state, Adam resides in Indianapolis, IN with his wife, two kids and dog, Jordy. Adam is an avid golfer, youth baseball coach, and loves watching sports.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Indiana University.
