Beau is a Senior Client Partner in the Industrial Markets practice and leads the Energy and Resources Group in Australia and New Zealand.
Beau joins Korn Ferry with 20 years’ executive search experience in the energy, mining and resources sectors. His international experience includes working in the United Kingdom and North America.
Beau brings deep experience executing Chief Executive and executive leadership assignments for listed energy and mining companies, global service companies, contractors and private equity backed businesses.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Beau spent six years with another global executive search firm where he partnered with clients in the industrial sector to appoint their senior leadership roles.
Beau holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Psychology from Edith Cowan University.
