As a consulting specialist across Leadership, Learning & Talent domains, Brady has experience in helping people and organisations reach their potential through sustainable behaviour change and performance improvement. He has deep experience in Financial Services & Banking sector, aligning individual and team development with the organisation’s strategy.
Brady enables leaders to build connection and creates opportunities for growth, receiving resoundingly positive feedback. Known for making the complex simple, Brady draws groups into rich discussions and fosters engaging debate to further organisational outcomes.
Brady has a diverse, non-traditional background and leverages his experience in multiple industries, domains and cultures – from Education, Sales, Advertising & Banking.
In his previous roles, Brady worked in-house across Talent Management, Learning and Leadership portfolios to consolidate and simplify tools, structures and processes needed to uplift performance and drive talent acceleration.
Prior to joining the firm Brady held various positions with ING Bank (Multinational), Westpac Banking Group & Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
He has a Master of Educational Psychology from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Arts (Major – Psychology) from the University of Newcastle.
