As a Managing Consultant Domitille is responsible for driving the Consumer Proposition for Korn Ferry Professional Search based in Paris, operating across France and the EMEA region.
With a strong track record delivering senior management and executive level appointments across various industries and backed by 12+ years advising C-Level executives and politicians in their Communications & Public Affairs strategy, Domitille has become a trusted advisor to the C-Suite recruiting for publicly listed MNC’s, PE-backed companies, as well as fast-growing start-ups.
A Masters graduate from EDHEC Business School, Domitille has led a successful career to date firstly working in the field of Corporate Communications, PR & Marketing – with leading communications agencies, Retail & Fin-Tech companies, as well as the French Government, where she was a Senior Advisor to the Minister of Sport. Following her last corporate role as VP Group Communications and Corporate Marketing at Global Blue, Domitille moved into the search world, working for a Paris-based boutique, working across multiple areas including Consumer Goods, Luxury, Fashion and Retail as well as Media & Advertising.
Domitille strongly believes in teamwork and has developed a strong customer centric mindset. She aims at developing long-lasting relationships with all of her stake-holders.
