Eileen has over fifteen years of combined experience in corporate and professional services and has conducted senior level searches for a diverse array of clients across all sectors and functions including, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations.
She served in Korn Ferry’s Executive Search business where she garnered a reputation of excellence in candidate identification and development for critical C-level and board appointments spanning the broader industrial, energy, power & utilities, non-profit, start-up and private equity arenas.
Previously, Eileen was an Executive Search Consultant at another global firm where she focused on business development and the execution of senior level/executive assignments in the energy sector.
She served as a critical member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Practice and is still actively involved in the Women’s Energy Network.
Earlier in her career, Eileen worked for a Fortune 500 services company in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Throughout her search experience, Eileen has led world-class companies in navigating the ever-evolving talent landscape. She is a proven search partner with a strong track record of success conducting a wide variety of senior level assignments for leading global corporations.
Eileen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
