Jennifer joined Lucas Group in 2016 which was acquired by Korn Ferry in 2021. Her area of specialty includes Automation, Power Transmission, Aerospace, and Process Control for mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations throughout the US.
Her success in both recruiting and business development has earned her multiplePresident Club and Diamond Club awards, as well as being quoted online in Newsweek.
In her free time, Jennifer and her husband are SCUBA divers and escape to the Caribbean as often as possible. With remote work as a new way of life, she works from the family RV while hiking National Parks across the country. Her volunteer work has included the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, soccer coach for the YMCA, and elementary school reading tutor.
Jennifer holds a BA in Communication from the University of North Texas where she started the local chapter of Women in Communication.
