John Stefanek

John collaborates with his clients to identify and recruit the right transformational talent to help position the organization for long-term, sustained business growth. His portfolio of work centers around technology leaders who support the enterprise. The roles that he recruits are CIOs, CTOs, Engineering and P&L leaders across multiple industries to include enterprise software, consumer services, industrial, ecommerce, healthcare, retail and financial services.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, John worked in the Technology Officers, Technology and Private Equity practices for another prominent global executive search firm, collaborating closely with clients to identify and recruit leaders in transformational roles. His earlier search experience spans across consumer services, digital, industrial distribution, healthcare services and ecommerce industries.

He started executive search career working for an international executive search firm, based in Cleveland where he focused on roles in the technology, industrial, healthcare and retail sectors.

John holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Dayton.
