Paul Abraham is a Senior Client Partner based in our London office, responsible for developing our public sector strategy and driving growth in this market.
Paul specialises in leading organisation-level transformation programmes, org re-design, process improvement and culture change, and has delivered over £500m of savings for the sector.
Paul has held senior leadership roles in the police, central government, local government and housing.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2024, Paul was Managing Director of Capita’s Local Public Service business, delivering outsourced professional services to over 400 public sector clients as well as high profile national programmes on behalf of the DFE.
Paul has a BA (Hons) and an MA, both in English Literature, from the University of Kent at Canterbury. He has a diploma in Executive Leadership from Ashridge Business School, and is an ILM accredited executive coach.
