Simone Giorgi

With twenty-five years’ experience in professional services, Simone Giorgi has successfully led numerous executive search assignments for a variety of senior-level positions and functions focusing on Life Science/Healthcare (pharma, biotech, med tech, consumer healthcare), and Technology (digital, communications, software, services) markets at international level.

Client portfolio includes public companies, privately owned, and private equity-backed organizations.

Mr. Giorgi regularly assists clients in human capital advisory, aligning company talent strategy with the business strategy, and has developed expertise in Assessment & Succession.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2008, Mr. Giorgi worked for more than a decade in management consulting, leading several strategic and organizational projects for mid-sized and large multinational companies.

Mr. Giorgi graduated with a first class honors Master Degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Italy, and completed his studies at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver (Canada).
