Jacques Police

Jacques has twenty-two years of executive search experience and rejoined Korn Ferry in 2004 from a U.S. competitor in the search business.

Jacques has experience in assisting pharmaceutical companies in attracting senior executive talent across a diverse range of business functions, including Chief Executive Officers, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Business Officers and Senior Sales & Marketing professionals. Jacques is also responsible for developing relationships with the Global Biotechnology and Life Sciences Venture Capital & Private Equity investor community across Europe.

He is exceptionally experienced in working closely with 'early stage' and mature 'biotech’, 'specialty' and biopharma' businesses recruiting Senior Management teams across all functions including Board Directors and Chairs globally.

Jacques is an active member of Korn Ferry’s global R&D/Innovation Centre of Excellence.

Before entering executive search and specialising in the Life Sciences in the late-nineties, Jacques worked for a leading financial services institution in a variety of strategic roles as well as for one of Europe's fastest growing expert financial recruitment firms. He participated in the opening of affiliate offices in Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris.

Jacques is fluent in three European languages, was educated in Baden Baden, Germany, and graduated from the University of Strasbourg, France.
