Based in the New York City office, she specializes in senior-level executive search for Chief Marketing Officers and Chief Digital Officers as well as other senior level general management and marketing executive roles.

Jennifer bring expertise across multiple industries, with a strong focus within the consumer package goods space. She is an experienced leader with a strong operational track record driving sales and profitability both domestically and internationally. Jennifer has focused on building and growing brands, driving global strategy and digital communications. Additionally, consumer understanding, problem-solving and relationship-building were key to her delivery of results.

Jennifer’s career includes 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held marketing leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive.

Jennifer received her MBA in Marketing & Strategy at Columbia Business School and her undergraduate degree from Smith College.
