Ryan Parker

Ryan brings a proven track record of successfully placing transformative C-level executives across CPG, consumer services, and omni-channel retail sectors. He specializes in partnering with private equity-backed businesses, with a sharp focus on value creation and cultural alignment. ​

Prior to Korn Ferry, he served as a Managing Director at Herbert Mines Associates, a consumer-focused executive search firm. Earlier in his career, Ryan held progressive business development roles at Gartner, CBS Interactive, and several high-growth startups.

Ryan is an Associate Board member at Reach Prep, which supports high-achieving, underserved students in the New York Metro Area. Ryan holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with his wife and three children.
