Samira is a core member of Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Markets practice specialising in retail banking, consumer finance, fintech and wealth management.
From a functional perspective, she has a specialism in HR and brings a track record in placing both generalist and specialist people leaders within the sector, including retail banking, asset management, and global banking & markets. She is a strong advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion, and is passionate about partnering with clients to build and develop diverse teams that are set up for future success.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Samira spent over four years with another global leadership advisory firm, acting as a trusted adviser to a diverse portfolio of financial services clients, from private equity-backed enterprises through to publicly listed organisations. Previously, she worked in a financial services-focused executive search boutique.
Samira holds a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London.
