David Farris

David joins us most recently from Willis Towers Watson where he served as a Senior Director of Client Management for more than 14 years. In this role, David was the global client leader for key clients within the Life Sciences, Technology, Financial, and Consumer industries. Prior to this, David held leadership, business development and client management roles in other organizations.

David has almost 30 years of experience primarily in the HR advisory and technology industries. As a trusted advisor, David helps clients to execute business strategies through their people by focusing on how to best source, engage, develop, reward and retain top talent to ultimately produce better business outcomes.

David holds a B.S. degree in business administration and marketing from Babson College. David received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from Northeastern University.
