Prior to joining Korn Ferry in October of 2024, I spent the last four years as a Search Director at boutique retained executive search firm focused on placing C-Suite executives in high-growth and mid-market organizations across a wide range of industries and functions. My specialty became identifying and placing COOs and Presidents in entrepreneurial organizations ready to break the $100M mark.

I began my career in professional and executive search almost 20 years ago and previously worked in both contingent and retained firms focused on industrial manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, and financial services. I have placed candidates in all functional areas but have extensive experience in operations, human resources, and general management roles.
