Frederique Lavanant

Ms. Lavanant has worked with a number of key clients across a variety of industries, in both the public and private sector at both national and international levels.

Ms. Lavanant has a global experience in RH consulting, with specific expertise in talent management and senior leadership team effectiveness. She is a People Fit and Development Expertise community leader within Korn Ferry France.

Ms. Lavanant has extensive experience in human resource management, including the following areas of expertise: senior management effectiveness programs, executive coaching, change management, culture assessment, organizational succession planning, talent management, assessment and development centers, performance management, and development programs.

Ms. Lavanant has obtained a masters degree in human resources and a degree in english literature and civilization.

She is certified Korn Ferry/McBer on Assessment and Development of competencies, Individual and Team coaching, and Emotional Intelligence. She is also MBTI & Golden certified and has attended several specific trainings including individual coaching, group and team coaching, and systemic approach.
