She is a results-driven and empathetic leader with 20 years of international experience in business transformations and change management. Always with the aim to deliver value and create sustainable performance improvements.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Guyonne has worked for Accenture in London and led the consulting practice for a boutique firm UPD. Guyonne has also been part of the Philips Business Transformation leadership team for several years where she was responsible for setting-up and leading the global Change Management Practice to support the global transformation into a healthcare organisation.
She has a track record in setting-up and driving the change agenda for large-scale transformation programs with a strong focus on co-creation, relationship building, delivery and people development to reach defined goals.
Guyonne has a degree in Business Engineering and is certified in Change- & Transition Management and Organisation Development. She lives in the Netherlands.
