Lauren Schneider

Since 2017, Lauren has partnered with mid-market to enterprise organizations across a broad range of industries to grow their marketing, creative and digital teams. She has successfully placed professionals from individual contributors to executive leadership, leveraging deep insight into market trends and the evolving demands of modern organizations to design search strategies that drive meaningful results.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Lauren served as a Lead Account Executive at Creative Circle, managing key accounts and delivering talent solutions across interim, freelance, direct hire and project-based needs. In this role, she developed a strong understanding of market dynamics and helped companies align talent with business priorities. She also partnered on consulting, workforce management, and agency programs for major strategic initiatives valued in the multi millions.

Lauren’s approach is rooted in consultative partnerships, business acumen, and long-term value creation. She focuses on understanding the commercial impact of each role and the capabilities required to achieve results. By streamlining the search process and providing clear, proactive communication, she minimizes friction and ensures alignment across all parties. Her goal is to operate as a trusted extension of her clients’ teams, delivering talent that advance business objectives and drive measurable impact.

Lauren lives outside of Chicago, where she was born and raised. She earned her degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where studying abroad in Buenos Aires, many Rose Bowls, and a Final-Four run stand out as highlights. Outside of work, she is an avid football fan and enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers with her family and friends.
