在加入光辉国际之前，Maggie 曾就职于一家英国高管猎头公司，负责领导亚太地区的全球职能业务。在此之前，她曾在另一家泛亚地区高管猎头公司担任业务负责人长达 11 年，专注于金融服务、消费品及工业领域的高管及职能领导层人才寻访。
