Natalie Chan

Her areas of focus include CEO Succession, Assessment and Development of High Potential Leaders, Board Effectiveness and enhancing business performance through high performing teams and cultures.

She is committed to being a trusted advisor tor her clients by creating value at every touchpoint, while drawing on her previous business & functional experiences to translate strategy into meaningful and actionable outcomes.

Natalie comes with a breadth of experience across Strategy Formulation, Business Development, Career Coaching and HR Business Partnering across government, education and consumer goods companies.

She has worked with companies across the region on Board Effectiveness & Progression matters and has supported with several Singapore based companies on CEO Progression & Senior Leadership Development initiatives.

CEO Progression & Senior Leadership Development projects that Natalie has worked on include: Temasek, Certis, Singtel, OCBC, CapitaLand, CLP Group, Siam City Cement, Seatrium and GoTo Company.

Her work as a business development specialist at the Singapore Economic Development Board (SEDB) and INSEAD exposed her to C-suite executives to understand their business needs and provide customised solutions at an industry and company level.

During her time as a HR Business Partner in SEDB and FrieslandCampina, Natalie worked on various talent topics including leadership framework development, selection process re-design; design and implementation of global change management initiatives; and progression planning for high potential leaders across Asia.

During her time at INSEAD, Natalie coached MBA students and alumni. She empowered them to translate their vision and career goals into reality.

Natalie graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science (Life Sciences) (Hons) degree.  

Born in Singapore, Natalie completed an exchange programme at the Albert Ludwig Universität in Freiburg, Germany, and leverages her international exposure and cross-cultural understanding to support her clients. Her language skills include English, Mandarin and German.
