Reginald (Regi) is a Managing Consultant based in Korn Ferry’s Perth office and is responsible for leading executive search assignments across the industrial, energy and resources sectors.
Regi possesses over a decade of experience advising and executing search assignments in Perth, Western Australia. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance and Economics, Regi commenced his career as an Accountant in professional services prior to transitioning into recruitment. Over the last 12 years, Regi has led high performing search teams and delivered business critical appointments across the finance, engineering, and operational sectors.
Regi takes pride in his consultative approach centred on developing strong personal relationships and a deep understanding of the organisations he is working with. He is passionate about effective leadership in organisations and is currently in the process of completing a Masters in Administration (MBA), specialising in leadership, at Curtin University.
