HTI was later acquired by True Search and transformed into the first Climate Tech & Sustainability practice within the firm. This platform allowed the expansion of search work into broader sectors, functions and sizes of companies. Travis later joined LEAD3R, a Talent & Advisory firm, where he assisted in the build out of the Executive Search division.

Travis earned his Bachelors from Le Moyne College with a major in Finance.
