Arvind Ramakrishnan is a Senior Client Partner and Global Account Leader in Korn Ferry’s Los Angeles Office focused on the Technology practice.
Arvind brings 20 years of global business and leadership experience across primarily the Tech and Media sectors in both professional service and industry roles. He has a demonstrated track record working at the intersection of Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Talent functions.
He previously worked for a leading consulting firm as a Partner/Principal in the Strategy and Transformation practice. In that capacity, Arvind advised and worked closely with several Fortune 500 companies on strategic and transformational initiatives.
Prior to this time in professional services, earlier in his career he worked in various industry roles across functions in Technology, Media, and Industrials. In addition to his corporate experience, he has served on faculty at USC Marshall School of Business for 10 years.
Arvind holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership, Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from University of Southern California, and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Asian Studies from University of Michigan. In addition, he holds certifications in ICF Coaching, PMP, and Six Sigma.
