Helen has over 15 years of executive reward experience comprising both Remuneration Committee advisory and in-house
Helen currently advises a number of Remuneration Committees of listed and unlisted companies, both in the UK and in Europe.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, between 2020 and 2022 she worked in house as a consultant to two companies which were planning IPO, to establish their Remuneration Committee and processes during this period of transition.
She has 12 years’ as a Remuneration Committee advisor at New Bridge Street (latterly Aon) advising multiple listed clients including many companies undergoing IPO.
Helen combines a comprehensive understanding of the high level design of executive remuneration structure and its cascade across the organisation with strong technical insight into its day to day operation.
A Chartered Accountant by background, Helen qualified with Deloitte in 2004.
Helen combines spending time with her family, including three children and cockapoo Bella, with running in the countryside – occasionally managing all at the same time!
