Kerem joined Korn Ferry in April 2018 as delivery leader in digital services. He is responsible for the delivery processes of Korn Ferry products in Total Rewards and Work Measurement area in Australia and New Zealand.
Kerem worked as a team leader in Hay Group between 2012–2016 and as senior consultant in another consultancy company between 2016–2018.
Kerem has experience in HR areas such as compensation and benefits, work measurement, organisation, leadership, career management and employee engagement in Turkey and Australia.
Kerem graduated from St. Georg Austrian Highschool and Bogazici University Economics department in Turkey. He has taken various roles in global consultancy companies since 2012.
