Kunihisa Noro

Mr. Noro's work with clients include reviewing and redesigning the organization of a major manufacturer of electric device in Japan, designing requirements for executives of a major trading company, searching potential talent pool for a major IT service company and improve their hiring process and reviewing and redesigning a reward system for management level employees of a major pharmaceutical company in Japan.

Mr. Noro has an expertise in management consulting, such as strategy execution, and organization design, and worked with a variety of clients such as financial, manufacturing, retail and telecom industry.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Noro worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a Project leader and worked at the Bank of Japan and Japan Macro Advisors as an economist. He obtained a Bachelor of Economics from Tokyo University..
