Vik is a Principal with Global Industrial Markets, India, based at Gurgaon.
Over the last 15 years, Vik has worked in the management consulting domain with a focus on Strategy & Operations consulting. His sector focus has been automotive and industrial products with clients ranging from large automotive OEMs, tier 1 suppliers, and diversified manufacturing companies.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Vik was a Partner in the Advisory practice of a global consulting and advisory firm. He was leading the Sales Transformation practice for the firm in India, helping clients grow their topline sustainably.
Prior to that, Vik was a Director with a Big4 consulting firm in the Customer & Operations consulting practice. During this stint, Vik led large scale feasibility-to-execution studies in the high-tech manufacturing space, along with numerous growth strategy and performance improvement assignments.
He started his career as a Business Analyst and then moved into consulting after developing keen interest in the consulting/ value creation space.
Vik secured his executive MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (with honors) from University of Delhi.
