Loli Gilardi

Loli has been with Korn Ferry for 10 years, leading Executive Search projects for National and Multinational companies in different positions such as CEOs, General Managers, Directors as well as national, regional and global roles in different areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Legal and Operations, among others.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Loli Gilardi was in Boyden Global Executive Search as Principal where she was responsible for recruitment processes for positions of senior executives, with participation in meetings and global projects, responsible for analysis and development of new businesses.

Her previous experience was in “Origen y Comunicacion”, where she was Director of Strategic Alliances, responsible for the development, conceptualization and implementation of Strategic Alliances for the benefit of users of different loyalty programs.

Focused on attention, retention and customer service, Loli Gilardi has extensive experience in project management and strategic alliances.

Loli is a graduate of the Anahuac University with Bachelor Degree in Architecture.

She is fluent in Spanish, English and speaks some French.
