With more than 25 years in healthcare as an executive search consultant and leadership advisor, Mr. Sette has recruited and advised leadership teams and boards across a broad spectrum of organizations, from well-established healthcare delivery systems to growth-oriented firms.

He bolsters our efforts in hospital and health systems, physician organizations, and our particular focus on children’s hospitals.

Mr. Sette holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas.
