With over 10 years of professional search experience, Wendy operates a full desk and is responsible for the development of successful client and candidate relationships. She has successfully partnered with a plethora of companies through the years. Wendy prides herself in not just finding the well qualified candidate, but also listening for those intangibles the client and candidate are looking to make a mutually successful match.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Wendy was a top recruiter at a nationwide Executive Search firm that focused on Engineering roles where she cultivated long term partnerships with North American manufacturing clients and candidates in contract and permanent roles.

Wendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She resides with her husband, 3 daughters and 2 dogs in the suburbs of Chicago and enjoys running, gardening and volunteering at CASA and Community Outreach Tutoring.
