Ellen Williams

With almost two decades of experience in executive search, Ms. Williams recruits finance executives across a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer, retail, hospitality, and financial services projects. She has long-standing experience recruiting for all senior-level positions within the financial function, including chief financial officers, treasurers, corporate controllers/chief accounting officers and division-level executives. In addition, she has extensive experience recruiting tax and audit professionals.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1993, she served as associate vice president of a boutique search firm. Earlier in her career, Ms. Williams worked in personnel assessment, helping individuals identify their areas of competence and optimal fit within an organization.

Ms. Williams holds a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Hartford.
