Ms. De Pinto’s experience spans Fortune 500, mid-cap, small-cap, publicly traded, and PE-backed organizations.

Ms. De Pinto also engages with C-Level Technology, Digital, and Operations leaders on talent topics across the technology stack to accelerate innovation and business outcomes. She is a frequent partner to leadership teams seeking to define, place, and develop divisional leaders across Data, AI, & Emerging Technology, Cloud / Infrastructure, Information Security, Product, Engineering, and other critical functions.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. De Pinto spent several years working in education, in addition to performing globally as a classically trained and award-winning Soprano.

Ms. De Pinto graduated with honors from Chapman University in Orange, CA, and holds a Bachelor of Art degree in English Literature, Rhetoric, and Cultural Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance. Based in Dallas, TX, Ms. De Pinto is an active member in the community and is involved in various technology, arts, and charitable organizations across the DFW metroplex.
